The OHADAC Centre for Arbitration and Mediation is currently being set up following the March 5 signing of an agreement between our leader, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Islands of Guadeloupe (CCIIG), and the European Union allocating the project funds for developing the Interreg V Caribbean programme.

Since the above date, unprecedented lockdown measures have had to be introduced due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the price paid by companies has been very heavy.

The team leading the OHADAC project has decided to offer free mediation and conciliation sessions to help the entrepreneurs of the Caribbean resume their activities.

We are calling on entrepreneurs who are in conflict with any business partner to contact us so we can organise a session with one of our experts, a lawyer at the Bar of Guadeloupe, St Martin and St Barthélémy.

The brochure for this initiative is attached.

Offer valid until July 31.
